• What type of venues does Hello Darling book?
  ‍Our motto is fun and approachable. You will be able to order what you like for your desired budget. Stay for 1 drink, or a meal, it is up to both the Daters when they're on the date.
• The date is booked – what is next?
  See ‘Date info’ in the Dater section. When you arrive at the venue, the reservation will be under both of the your first names.
  Optional – if you want to confirm that it is the correct person, kindly ask for them to show you their Hello Darling profile. The first names should match up
• Do I get to see the person’s photos and / or talk to them before the date?
  ‍Nope. With your Godparent’s blessing, you get to enjoy the beauty of a chance meeting encounter
• What do I do when I get to the date?
  ‍When you arrive on a date, the reservation will be under both of the your names.

• How do I reschedule or cancel my date?
  ‍Go to the dater section of the HelloDarling App, click on the three dots next to the name of the persn you want to reschedule or cancel with, and click 'Reschedule' or 'Cancel'
• How do I let the other person know I am running late for the date?
  ‍Go to the dater section of the HelloDarling App, click on the three dots next to the name of the person you want to notify, click on ‘running late’ and we will let the other person know
• What if my name isn’t registered at the venue?
  ‍Please text or call our support line on 0415 769 062 and we will help you
• How to report an incident after my Date?
  ‍Go to ‘Feedback for Hello Darling’ in Settings. For any urgent emergencies call 000
• Can I select my own dates?
  ‍Nope. Your Godparent selects your dates. This preserves the beauty of a chance meeting like encounter
• How do I know my Godparent will select someone I will like?
  ‍You need to select a friend that knows what you fancy, you are in complete control of who that Godparent is
• What is the cut off time to reschedule or cancel a date?
  ‍The courtesy of providing plenty of notice is always encouraged. Although all reschedules / cancels are required 1 hour before your date starts.
• Do I need a Godparent to date on the app?
  Yes – your Godparent picks your dates….how fun!
• Can I have more than one Godparent?
  Soon yes. Right now, no.
• I'm a Godparent, how do I add my friend so I can swipe for them?
  ‍Go to the Godparent section and click ‘Add a new Dater’
• Can I select my venue for a Date?
  ‍Nope, we have you covered and we have some great cafes,
  pubs, bars and restaurants
